Brian Harrington-Spier

We are sad to announce the death of Brian Harrington-Spier. He died, unexpectedly at the end of October. Brian served in Dhofar Brigade from 1974=75 and lster returned to SAF from 1981-82. He led a colourful life in many places around the world and has published some of his photos, including photos of his time in Oman, on flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/brianharringtonspier/

His funeral will be next Monday, 11 December 2023, in Hitchin, Herts. There will be a funeral mass at Our Lady Immaculate and St Andrew's Church (SG5 1QS) at 12 midday, followed by a wake at the Royal Oak in Barton-le-Clay (MK45 4JX).

There are a couple of our members who are planning to attend but further SAF Association representation would be welcomed, accepting that this is very short notice.
